Hill Country Counseling
Hill Country Counseling was established in October of 2000 to provide an array of mental health services to adults, children, families and seniors. Therapeutic services are designed to assist clients to effectively cope with mental health issues that encumber day to day living.
Hill Country Counseling provides a comfortable atmosphere utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach to encourage genuine expression, mood stabilization, skill building, and problem resolution through group and individual therapy. Therapy is provided by master level clinicians who collaborate with case managers and physicians already providing services to clients. The center also offers transportation, opportunities for socialization, and an afternoon meal at no additional cost.
Hill Country Counseling offers individualized outpatient individual and family therapy to individuals.

Referrals are made directly to Hill Country Counseling by physicians, case managers, facility treatment staff, family members or the client. An initial evaluation is completed at Hill Country Counseling to determine an individual’s need for therapeutic intervention. Hill Country Counseling accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and has contracts with some service agencies and private insurance companies.
